Academic Advising

Eugene Graduate Student Advising Steps to book online:

  1. Go to https://uo.campus.eab.com/
  2. Log in using your Duck ID
  3. Click on “Schedule an Appointment”
  4. Under “Select the college or department,” select “College of Design”
  5. Then select “SAE Eugene–Graduate Student Services”
  6. Then select a preferred date
  7. Select a staff member, if applicable
  8. Select “In-person” or “Zoom“
  9. Choose date and time and click on “Schedule” button.

Portland Graduate and Undergraduate Advising Steps to book online:

  1. Go to https://uo.campus.eab.com/
  2. Log in using your Duck ID
  3. Click on “Schedule an Appointment”
  4. Under “Select the college or department,” select “College of Design”
  5. Then depending on your student type:
    • Undergraduate students select “SAE Academic Advising (ARCH/IARC/LA)”
    • Graduate students select “SAE PDX–Graduate Student Services”
  6. Then select a preferred date
  7. Select a staff member, if applicable
  8. Select “In-person” or “Zoom“
  9. Choose date and time and click on “Schedule” button.

Eugene Undergraduate Students

College of Design Student Services provides academic advising for all undergraduates pursuing degrees in the School of Architecture & Environment. Four full-time professional advisors and peer advisors are available to work with all of our majors and minors, as well as prospective and exploring students.

This office is located in 198 Lawrence. It is recommended all students self-schedule their appointments online.

 Academic Advising Appointments (in-person and virtual)

College of Design Student Services will continue offering in-person and virtual academic advising appointments. Students can self-schedule online.

Advising Chat (Microsoft Teams)

Advisors are available via the Academic Advising chat on Microsoft Teams for quick and general student questions.

Advising Lab (277 Lawrence)

Students can visit the College of Design Advising Lab (277 Lawrence) for in-person assistance to their immediate advising questions or concerns. Support offered in the Advising Lab includes:

  • Quick scheduling questions (current term only, refer to appointments for long-term planning)
  • General questions related to core education requirements, academic dates and deadlines, class registration, using the Degree Guide, and referrals to campus resources).

*Advising Lab hours are 10am-12pm & 1pm-4pm Monday through Friday.

If you are a prospective student  (no DUCK ID) and need to access academic advising, please email dsgnss@uoregon.edu and College of Design Advising will work with you to schedule an appointment. Students without a DUCK ID cannot self-schedule an appointment or access Microsoft Teams.
